Starting from fabric processing, the production includes cutting, sewing, special process treatment, finishing, and other steps.
During the cutting stage, automated fabric spreading machines are used, along with straight knife cutters for small batches or complex shapes, and circular knife cutters for high efficiency.
At the sewing stage, while basic stitches may be done with a flat sewing machine, hunting apparel requires enhanced durability. Therefore, overlock sewing machines with hemming functions are used to prevent fraying, along with specialized stretch sewing machines and heat sealing equipment.
